Welcome! My name is Liz, and I am the owner of Endeavor Counseling, LLC.
I believe in the body’s innate wisdom for healing and that by tuning into our physiology, we can unlock pathways to emotional and psychological transformation. I specialize in helping individuals break free from the cycles of people-pleasing, emotional dysregulation, and low self esteem. By integrating somatic techniques with reparenting work, I guide clients toward emotional balance, self-trust, and empowered decision-making.
In our sessions, you'll experience a compassionate and collaborative environment where we work together to uncover the unique rhythms and responses of your nervous system. With somatic, body-centered techniques, we’ll explore how your body holds past experiences and gently shift emotional patterns that no longer serve you. You’ll gain valuable tools to regulate your emotions, set healthy boundaries, and develop deeper self-awareness. -
Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Auburn University
Bachelors of Science in Physical Activity and Health, Auburn University
Somatic Coaching
I have extensive training and experience providing individual and group counseling in intensive outpatient settings working with substance use, mood disorders, and trauma.
-
I work with adults who are ready to engage in somatic and mindfulness-based work, deepen self-awareness, and take meaningful action outside of therapy to support their growth and healing. My approach is best suited for those looking to create real shifts in their lives through both insight and practice.
Areas of Focus
I specialize in boundaries, guiding clients to identify and communicate their needs with confidence while navigating difficult relationships. Through reparenting and inner child work, I help individuals heal childhood wounds, build self-trust, and cultivate self-compassion. I also assist individuals recovering from people-pleasing and codependent behaviors by helping them understand and identify their survival responses, while teaching emotional regulation techniques to support confidence in setting boundaries.
Additionally, I assist individuals in relationship and communication coaching, guiding them toward secure connections, healthy attachment, and interdependent relationships.
My work includes nervous system and somatic regulation coaching, helping clients recognize their body’s responses to stress, use mindfulness to create safety, and shift from survival-based patterns to intentional living.
My Approach
My approach is loosely structured and body-oriented and guided, grounded in practical practices and helping you explore these areas and create meaningful shifts at your own pace. My approach blends somatic tools, guided imagery, and nervous system regulation to support deep healing and lasting change.
The goal is to help you create a life where you tune into the guidance of your body, feel grounded, confident, and resilient—equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges.

I believe that one of the most important aspects of productive counseling is to build a strong relationship between the client and the counselor. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for the client to explore any issues they may be facing in their life with an empathetic presence of counselor assisting them in facing their problems.
-
I have extensive experience in working with adolescents, young adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families. I help clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, anger management, family conflict, communication. I also focus on behavioral concerns, primarily working with men who are struggling with emotional distress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship stress.
I use an integrative approach using various counseling styles including Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, and Trauma Focused Therapy.

Empathy is one of our greatest tools to help others through their struggles, and I believe that in counseling it is vital to show clients that they are understood and not alone in what they are going through. I see counseling as not only an opportunity to learn how to better oneself, but also a place where you can unload your burdens and feel heard.
I am passionate about helping clients learn new ways to approach their problems and understand where they come from in the first place. It is important to come into counseling with an open mind and a willingness to try new ways to problem solve. If the things we are already doing were working for us, then we wouldn't feel a need for change right?

I am trained in and have experience working with clients struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I practice ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which takes a different route than other types of therapy to help clients learn what causes their struggles and how they can better deal with adversity. I use it to help clients learn to accept the things in their life that they cannot control and to focus on actually living their lives instead of letting their thoughts live it for them. I also employ techniques and strategies from CBT and DBT with clients that require a different approach to their mental health.
I generally work with clients 16+, and offer both in person and telehealth sessions. I have also worked with many clients struggling with ADHD (something I am diagnosed with myself) and adults with Autism, to help them learn more about their disorder and how to adapt to them so they can live a fulfilling life. From my background working with substance abuse I also have agood deal of experience helping clients navigate other issues that can impact mental healthsuch as career satisfaction, budgeting, and physical health.
