  • What can I expect at my first appointment?

    We will explore your needs and goals for therapy. We will review your intake paperwork, confidentiality, counseling process, and professional responsibilities of our role.

  • What if I have an emergency?

    If you have an emergency and need immediate attention, call 911, the National Mental Health hotline 988, and/or go to the nearest emergency department. We will do our best to respond to phone calls and emails within 24-48 hours during business hours; however, this is not always possible.

  • Fees & Insurance

    Liz & Charles currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please see each therapists’ bio for fees.
